Items purchased at Altenewacademy.com may be not returned after the first day of class.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item only.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Class Registrations
- Gift cards
- Opened or used items
- Items for which more than 30 days have elapsed from date of purchase.
- Items without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items
Upon request, partial refunds may be granted for item that was purchased and is not available in our inventory.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email informing you of receipt of your item and the status of your refund request.
Upon approval of your refund request, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment used for the original purchase. You will be receive a credit for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling charge is not refunded.
Allow up two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your item. Please allow adequate time to receive your exchanged product, as delivery times vary based on your location.
You are recommend to use an insured and traceable delivery method. ALTENEW is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. No refunds will be issued for returns lost in transit.
